CONTACT US: We would love to give your workplace or organization a free in-service
or clinic. We can educate employees on work station set up, posture, back mechanics, and ergonomics.
Any athlete or team is welcome to receive a free clinic for injury prevention
and strength training. We can provide specialized strength and conditioning education and programs for individual
athletes as well as any sports team. Please inquire with us.
We have provided free clinics to Heritage Village and Pomperaug High School. These have
included a Fall Prevention clinic and a Bumps and Bruises clinic.
In addition, we are sponsors for the Southbury Road Race and are active with Pomperaug
High School academics and athletics.
